Man, Two Women Killed in West Dallas Four-Vehicle Crash on Hampton Road at Singleton Boulevard
Dallas, Texas (May 25, 2020) – A man and two women were killed early Monday morning in a possible street racing crash in west Dallas, according to police.
The fatal crash happened around 1:45 a.m. at the intersection of Hampton Road and Singleton Boulevard.
Police said the driver of an SUV was street racing when they ran a red light at the intersection and rear-ended a four-door sedan, pushing it into two other vehicles that were stopped at a stoplight.
Two people in the sedan were declared dead at the scene. A third victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The SUV driver was arrested and then taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash closed the intersection for several hours.
The crash remains under investigation.
