3 Killed in Stalled Vehicle Crash on I-35E in Dallas

Three Women Killed in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on I-35E near South Marsalis Avenue

Dallas, Texas (April 30, 2020) – According to authorities, three women were killed early Thursday morning in a traffic collision involving a stalled vehicle on a Dallas freeway.

The fatal crash happened around 5:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-35E near South Marsalis Avenue.

Deputies said a vehicle, occupied by three women, was stalled on the freeway when it was struck by a pickup truck.

Two of the women were declared dead at the scene. The third victim was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The identities of the victims have not been released.

The driver of the pickup stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities.

The crash remains under investigation.
