Angela Bray and Rodrigo Torres Killed, Princeton Ugwu Seriously Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at 58th Street and South Avenue Q Drive

Lubbock, Texas – Two people were killed and another was seriously injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Lubbock, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened on December 9, at the intersection of 58th Street and South Avenue Q Drive.

Police said Angela Bray, 41, was driving a passenger car westbound in the 1000 block of 58th Street while 24-year-old Princeton Ugwu was driving another passenger car northbound on South Avenue Q Drive. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Bray’s car then struck two parked vehicles, and Ugwu’s hit another car.

Bray and a passenger in Bray’s car, Rodrigo Torres, 23, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Ugwu was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries.

The LPD’s Major Crash Unit is investigating the crash.
