Boy Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on North Shepherd and Tidwell

Houston, Texas – A boy was killed Saturday evening in a pedestrian accident in Houston, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 8:30 p.m., February 3, on North Shepherd and Tidwell.

Authorities said a boy, believed to be a pre-teen or in his early teens, was crossing Shepherd from eastbound to westbound, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by a southbound vehicle.

The boy was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The Houston police are investigating the crash.
