Branden Barrera Injured in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Car Crash on Hausman Road near Helotes

San Antonio, Texas (January 7, 2020) – A man was injured in an alleged hit-and-run crash Thursday night in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on January 2, on Hausman Road near Helotes.

As per the report, Branden Barrera, 31, was driving down the roadway when a black truck crashed head-on into his vehicle.

The black truck fled the scene after the accident.

Barrera was taken to the Intensive Care Unit at University Hospital and was later moved to the Acute Care Unit.

The driver of the black truck has not been found.

The crash remains under investigation.
