Dekaney High School Student Injured in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Imperial Valley

Houston, Texas (March 24, 2022) – A Dekaney High School student was hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning in Houston, according to the authorities.

The accident happened around 6:50 a.m., March 23, on Imperial Valley near Doubletree Glen Drive outside the ninth-grade center.

Authorities said the student was attempting to cross the street when she was struck by a vehicle.

The victim was taken to Memorial Hermann in an unknown condition.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene after the accident.

An investigation is ongoing.
