John Williams Killed in Fisher County Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 57 near Roby

Fisher County, Texas (May 16, 2023) – One person was killed Sunday morning in a head-on collision in Fisher County, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened around 10:30 a.m., May 14, on FM 57 north of Roby.

DPS said John Henry Williams, 35, of Oklahoma City, was driving eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle around a curve, crossed into the opposite lane, and crashed head-on into an 18-wheeler.

Williams was killed in the crash.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The DPS is investigating the crash.
