Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (August 10, 2023) – A man was hit and killed by a vehicle Friday morning in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just after 4:00 a.m., August 4, on the northbound Loop 410 access road, after the Rittiman exit.

Police said the man was walking along the roadway, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by an Acura.

The driver called the police and said he had hit someone in the area.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver cooperated with the investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
