Man Killed in NE Harris County Pedestrian Accident on Tidwell near Park Trail

Harris County, Texas (October 19, 2020) – A man in his 20s was killed Sunday night in a hit-and-run crash in Harris County, according to the deputies.

The deadly accident happened shortly before 8:00 p.m., October 18, on Tidwell near Park Trail.

Deputies said the man was struck by a vehicle on the roadway. The driver fled the scene after the accident, leaving the man on the roadway. He was then struck by a westbound vehicle driven by a woman.

The woman remained at the scene and called 911.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

An investigation is underway. Anyone with information about the accident is asked to call the Houston Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
