Sulphur Springs, Texas (May 12, 2019) – A man was fatally hit by a train Friday evening in Sulphur Springs, a local news source reported.
The accident happened just after 5:14 p.m. May 10, on South Locust Street.
As per the report, the man was pushing a bicycle northbound along the street when he was hit by an eastbound train.
The man was rushed to CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital where he later died. His name has not been disclosed.
The police are investigating the crash.
