Milena Wilske Killed in Dallas Car Crash at Centerville Road and Joaquin Drive; Antonio Ortiz Arrested

Dallas, Texas – Two people were killed and another was arrested Saturday night following a DWI crash in Dallas, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 10:40 p.m., March 9, at the intersection of Centerville Road and Joaquin Drive.

Police said Milena Wilske was driving with a passenger and were stopped at the intersection. Antonio Ortiz was driving a pickup truck when he ran the stop sign and struck Wilske’s vehicle which was trying to turn left.

Wilske was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger’s identity has not been released.

Shortly after the crash, a third car struck the pickup truck and that driver was treated and released at the scene.

Ortiz was taken to the hospital as a precaution. He was then booked into jail with two counts of manslaughter.

The crash remains under investigation.
