Minor Injuries Reported After Truck Crash on Interstate 35W in Fort Worth

Minor Injuries Sustained in Fort Worth Truck Accident on Interstate 35W at Berry Street

Fort Worth, Texas (July 30, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported early Monday morning following a traffic collision at an intersection in Fort Worth, a local news source reported.

The crash occurred at about 5:30 a.m. Monday, July 29 on southbound Interstate 35W at Berry Street.

As per the report, one vehicle was traveling on the freeway when the driver lost control and slammed into the wall.

Emergency crews responded to the crash site, and a fire truck pulled up to block the three right lanes of traffic. But the driver of a second vehicle did not see the fire truck and crashed into it.

Authorities said the parties involved sustained minor injuries. No firefighters were injured.

The fire truck sustained front end damage and was towed away from the scene.

Traffic was backed up for approximately a mile following the collision.

The crash remains under investigation.
