One Person Killed in Travis County Pedestrian Accident at FM 1327 and Turnersville Road

Travis County, Texas (July 20, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in south Travis County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The deadly crash happened at about 10:18 a.m. in the area of FM 1327 and Turnersville Road.

DPS said a vehicle struck the pedestrian near the intersection of FM 1327 and Turnersville Road.

The victim was declared dead at the scene.

The driver stopped at the scene and was cooperative with the police.

Police closed the road as they investigated the crash.
