One Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident at Spur 327 and West Loop 289

Lubbock, Texas (September 2, 2020) – One person was injured in a pedestrian accident Wednesday morning in Southwest Lubbock, according to police.

The crash occurred just before 8:00 a.m., near the intersection of Spur 327 and West Loop 289.

Police said a male pedestrian ran out in front of a vehicle and was hit.

The victim was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.

No further details regarding the crash were available.

The Major Crash Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
