At Least 1 Injured in Mansfield Car Crash at Debbie Lane and N. Walnut Creek Drive

Mansfield, Texas (August 11, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a crash involving a police vehicle on Saturday afternoon in Mansfield, according to police.

The incident took place at about 2:53 p.m. Saturday, August 10, at Debbie Lane and N. Walnut Creek Drive.

Authorities said a dark-red sedan collided with a police vehicle, and the impact caused the patrol car to overturn.

The driver of the sedan was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

The officer in the patrol car was evaluated and released at the scene.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
