One Critically Injured in North Austin Pedestrian Accident near Lamplight Village Avenue and Parmer Lane

Austin, Texas (October 12, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and critically injured by a car Friday evening in North Austin, according to officials.

The accident occurred around 5:00 p.m., October 9, near the intersection of Lamplight Village Avenue and Parmer Lane.

Officials said the pedestrian was struck by a car, for unknown reasons, near the intersection.

The victim was taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
