Shelby Mann Killed in East Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash at East 19th Street and Canyon Lakes Drive 

Lubbock, Texas (April 15, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in East Lubbock.

The fatal crash was reported just before 8:00 a.m., April 13, at the intersection of East 19th Street and Canyon Lakes Drive.

Police said Shelby Mann, 57, was driving eastbound in the left turn lane of the 1100 block of East 19th Street when he tried to make a left turn onto northbound Canyon Lakes Drive and was struck by a westbound tractor-trailer.

Mann was taken to Covenant Medical Center, where he later died.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
