Person Killed in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on E. Loop 1604 South San Antonio, Texas (April 18, 2020) – A person was killed Thursday morning in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident in San Antonio’s Eastside, according to officials. The deadly accident happened around 11:51 a.m. April 16, in the 2100 block of E. Loop 1604 South. Officials said a person was struck by a maroon 2013-2018 Toyota Avalon on the street.
