One Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on E. Loop 1604 South in San Antonio

Person Killed in San Antonio Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident on E. Loop 1604 South

San Antonio, Texas (April 18, 2020) – A person was killed Thursday morning in an alleged hit-and-run pedestrian accident in San Antonio’s Eastside, according to officials.

The deadly accident happened around 11:51 a.m. April 16, in the 2100 block of E. Loop 1604 South.

Officials said a person was struck by a maroon 2013-2018 Toyota Avalon on the street.

The victim was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released.

The authorities are looking for the vehicle, which has damage to the front right side and is missing a passenger’s side mirror.

An investigation into the crash is underway. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000 or email them at bcsotips@bexar.org.
