Tiana Quillin Killed in Randall County Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 27 Randall County, Texas (January 12, 2023) – A 16-year-old girl died after she was struck by a vehicle Sunday evening in Randall County, according to the Texas DPS. The accident happened around 7:35 p.m., January 8, on Interstate 27.
