Tiana Quillin Hit, Killed by Car on I-27 in Randall County

Tiana Quillin Killed in Randall County Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 27

Randall County, Texas (January 12, 2023) – A 16-year-old girl died after she was struck by a vehicle Sunday evening in Randall County, according to the Texas DPS.

The accident happened around 7:35 p.m., January 8, on Interstate 27.

DPS said 16-year-old Tiana Quillin was walking in an unknown direction when she was struck by a Hyundai that was traveling northbound on the frontage road.

Quillin was taken to the hospital, where she died on January 10. A GoFundMe has been set up to help with the cost of Tiana’s funeral and the family. To contribute, click here.

The Hyundai driver was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
