51-Year-Old Phylette Harrison Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Rugged Drive Dallas, Texas (April 29, 2020) – According to Dallas police, a woman was killed Tuesday night in a hit-and-run accident in central Oak Cliff. The deadly accident happened around 9:00 p.m. on April 28, in the 3900 block of Rugged Drive.
