One Killed in Edinburg Pedestrian Accident on Tower Road near South Trail Drive; Alan Rios Arrested Edinburg, Texas (July 10, 2023) – According to the Texas DPS, a cyclist was killed Sunday night in a hit-and-run accident east of Edinburg.
