Anthony Childers and Barbara Matthews Killed in Lubbock Motorcycle Crash at 47th Street and Avenue Q Lubbock, Texas (September 17, 2020) – Two people were killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday night in Lubbock, according to police. The fatal crash happened around 10:13 p.m., September 15, in the 4600 block of Avenue Q near 47th Street.
