Antonio Thomas Killed in Hardin County Pedestrian Accident on US 69 Hardin County, Texas (July 17, 2021) – According to the Texas DPS, a man was killed early Thursday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Hardin County. The deadly accident happened around 3:00 a.m., July 15, on US 69, about two miles south of Kountze. DPS said Antonio Thomas, 51, of Silsbee, was struck by an unknown vehicle on the highway.
