Cody Sanders and Jeffrey Patterson Killed in Perryton Two-Vehicle Crash on State Highway 15 Perryton, Texas (September 22, 2021) – Two people were killed Saturday night in a head-on collision east of Perryton, according to the DPS. The fatal crash happened around 10:45 p.m., September 18, on State Highway 15.
