Four Hospitalized in Dallas Fire Truck Crash at First and Exposition Streets Dallas, Texas (February 18, 2019) – Two medics were among four people hospitalized after a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance was involved in a two-vehicle accident near Deep Ellum Sunday evening. According to the fire department, the incident happened at about 6 p.m. February 17 at First and Exposition streets.
