Hazel Thompson Killed in Winkler County Multi-Vehicle Crash on SH 302 Winkler County, Texas (February 10, 2021) – A 9-year-old girl was killed in a multi-vehicle crash Monday evening in Winkler County, west of Kermit, according to troopers. The fatal crash happened around 5:30 p.m., February 8, on State Highway 302.
