Stephan Nipper Killed in Smith County Pedestrian Accident on SH 155 Smith County, Texas (April 30, 2021) – According to the Texas DPS, a person was killed Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident in Smith County. The deadly accident occurred on April 29, on State Highway 155.
