Melinda Neal Dies in Longview Pedestrian Crash on Eastman Road Longview, Texas (January 24, 2019) – A 58-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Longview early Wednesday morning, according to the Longview police. The crash was reported shortly before 2 a.m. January 23 on Eastman Road. Police said Melinda McBrook Neal, 58, was struck by a vehicle heading north on Eastman Road.
