Jerry Sanchez Killed in Helotes Pedestrian Accident on State Highway 16 Helotes, Texas (December 24, 2020) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on December 10 in Helotes, according to police. The deadly accident happened around 8:30 p.m., on State Highway 16 near Helotes Elementary.
