Mark Burrow Killed in Abilene Pedestrian Accident on Winters Freeway Abilene, Texas (May 1, 2021) – A man was killed early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Abilene, according to the police. The deadly accident happened around 1:45 a.m. on Winters Freeway. Police said Nicholas Mills, 30, of Abilene, was driving when he struck Mark Burrow, 24, of Lubbock.
