Maximiliano Gabriel-Gutierrez and Julio Niubo-Olazabal Killed in Hartley County Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 281 Hartley County, Texas (November 12, 2021) – Two people were killed, and another was injured Wednesday morning in a fiery head-on collision in Hartley County, according to the DPS.
