Pilot Dies in Fredericksburg Plane Crash near Bernhard Road and Kerr Road Fredericksburg, Texas (January 18, 2019) – A pilot died when a plane crashed near Fredericksburg on Thursday evening, according to the DPS. The wreck was reported at about 5 p.m. January 17 near the intersection of Bernhard Road and Kerr Road.
