Carmel Azzopardi and Paula Azzopardi Killed in Roberts County Plane Crash near Quarter Horse Road and Waterfield Lake Roberts County, Texas (February 16, 2019) – Two people were killed Friday morning in a plane crash in Roberts County, just west of the Hemphill County Line, according to the Texas DPS.
