One Injured in Houston Motorcycle Crash on West Sam Houston Parkway; Raul Zabala-Munoz Arrested Houston, Texas (July 1, 2021) – According to the deputies, a motorcyclist was injured on June 15 in a hit-and-run crash in northwest Houston. The accident happened in the 1400 block of the West Sam Houston Parkway. Deputies said Raul Alonso Zabala-Munoz, 36, was driving when he struck a motorcyclist and then fled the scene.
