Three Hospitalized after San Angelo Traffic Crash at 40th and Armstrong San Angelo, Texas (June 17, 2019) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Sunday night in San Angelo, according to police. The wreck happened at 40th and Armstrong after 9 p.m. Sunday, June 16. Police said a small passenger car and a truck were involved. The impact caused a truck to flip.
