Officer and Civilian Injured in Wichita Falls Crash on Kemp Boulevard Wichita Falls, Texas (March 13, 2019) – An officer and a civilian were injured Sunday night in a traffic crash in Wichita Falls, authorities reported. The wreck happened at about 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10 in the 4000 block of Kemp Boulevard.
