Woman Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 45 Houston, Texas (March 8, 2019) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle on Thursday night in Houston, according to the HPD. The incident occurred at about 10 p.m. Thursday, March 7 on Interstate 45 near East Rittenhouse.
