Tim Eaton Killed in Waco Bicycle Accident on Chapel Road near Community Bank and Trust

Waco, Texas (January 5, 2021) – A man was killed Saturday evening in a bicycle accident in Waco, according to police.

The deadly accident happened just before 5:00 p.m., January 2, in the 8820 block of Chapel Road.

Police said Tim Eaton, 66 of Waco, was riding a bicycle out of the parking lot of Community Bank and Trust when he was struck by a 2007 Jeep.

Eaton was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
