Two Seriously Injured in El Paso Bus Crash on US 54 North and State Line

El Paso, Texas (January 12, 2019) – Two people were seriously injured in a crash involving a school bus on Friday afternoon in El Paso, according to the police.
The crash happened just before 2 p.m. January 11 on US 54 North and State Line.
Police said a pickup truck collided with a school bus when the bus driver failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of US 54 North and State Line.
Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries. Two other persons sustained minor injuries.
It’s unclear whether the victims were riding in the bus or the pickup truck.
Police said there were no students on the bus at the time of the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
