Woman Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Mohair in Northeast El Paso

28-Year-Old Woman Killed in Northeast El Paso Pedestrian Accident on Mohair

El Paso, Texas (June 29, 2020) – A 28-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday night in Northeast El Paso, according to police.

The accident occurred at about 8:17 p.m. on June 28, in the 6400 block of Mohair.

Police said the woman, along with her brother, was walking eastbound on the right side of the street when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle.

The driver was looking back at a toddler in the backseat of the vehicle when he hit the woman.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
