Woman Hospitalized after 3-Car Crash on S. Randolph Street and Avenue V in San Angelo

Woman Injured in San Angelo Car Crash on S. Randolph Street and Avenue V

San Angelo, Texas (February 23, 2019) – A woman was injured in a crash involving three cars on Friday evening in San Angelo.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, the accident occurred at S. Randolph Street and Avenue V on Friday, February 22.
Police said a red Dodge Journey SUV was traveling southbound on Randolph Street when the driver was distracted by his dog, causing him to run a red light. The Dodge struck a Toyota traveling eastbound on Avenue V.
An elderly woman, who was operating the Toyota, was transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment of her injuries.
The driver of the Dodge will be cited for running a stop sign and driving with an invalid license, police said.
