Woman Injured in Tyler Car Crash on Gentry Parkway

Tyler, Texas (March 11, 2022) – A woman was injured on Thursday in a car crash in Tyler, according to the police.

The crash occurred on March 10, in the 200 block of Gentry Parkway.

Police said the woman was driving an SUV when she veered off of the roadway and struck a parked Tyler Police Department patrol vehicle which had been parked by an officer who was executing a search warrant.

The SUV driver was able to walk to a nearby ambulance, where she was treated and released at the scene.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
