Woman Killed in Rollover Crash on Galveston Road (Hwy 3) in Houston

33-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Three-Vehicle Crash on Galveston Road (Highway 3)

Houston, Texas (June 24, 2023) – A 33-year-old woman was killed Friday morning in a rollover crash in Southeast Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 6:45 a.m., June 23, in the 4515 block of Galveston Road, also known as Highway 3, just south of the South Loop.

Police said the woman was driving a red Toyota Camry behind a black Ford Escape before she hit its left backside.

The Toyota then rolled and hit a BMW X3.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The occupants of the BMW were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Ford driver was uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
