One Critically Injured in South Austin Pedestrian Accident at Gibson Street and South Lamar Boulevard

Austin, Texas (July 26, 2021) – According to a local news source, one person was critically injured early Sunday morning in a pedestrian accident in South Austin.

The accident happened around 12:36 a.m., on July 25, at the intersection of Gibson Street and South Lamar Boulevard.

According to the report, an adult person was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

The victim was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical, life-threatening injuries.

No further details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
