One Critically Injured in Austin Pedestrian Accident on East Riverside Drive near South Lakeshore Drive

Austin, Texas (May 16, 2022) – One person was critically injured early Sunday morning in a pedestrian accident in Austin, according to the police.

The accident happened around 2:30 a.m., on May 15, on East Riverside Drive near South Lakeshore Drive.

Police said the person was struck by multiple vehicles on the street.

The victim was taken to Dell Medical Center with critical life-threatening injuries.

No additional information was provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
