Mesquite, Texas (December 14, 2021) – Two children were injured Monday morning in a school bus crash in Mesquite, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on December 13, on Interstate 635 near Interstate 30.

According to the report, a Dallas ISD bus collided with two box trucks along the interstate.

There were 47 people, including students, teachers, and a driver, onboard the bus at the time of the crash.

Two children were treated for minor injuries.

All the children were taken by a Mesquite ISD bus to school.

The crash remains under investigation.
