1 Child Killed, 2 Others Injured in Harris County Major Crash on Morton Ranch near Elrod
Harris County, Texas (January 26, 2019) – One child was killed and two others were injured Friday night in a traffic collision in west Harris County.
The deadly crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. Friday, January 25 on Morton Ranch near Elrod.
Authorities said for an unknown reason two vehicles collided on Morton Ranch.
One child was declared dead at the scene while two other children were taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
According to the authorities, one of the vehicles was traveling at a high rate of speed prior to the collision.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
