Driver Airlifted After 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 322 in Rusk County

Rusk County, Texas (April 19, 2022) – A driver was airlifted to a hospital following a crash involving two vehicles in Rusk County, a local news source reported.

The two-vehicle crash took place on Highway 322 at CR 243A.

According to the report, a passenger car collided with a loaded truck tractor on the highway under unclear circumstances.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated the driver of the passenger vehicle. The freed victim was then flown to a hospital with unspecified injuries.

No further details about the crash were immediately provided.
